1. We value you, your gifts, and your passion over your ability to pay for our services.
Yes, you read that correctly. It's been a very poorly kept secret that Firewind has sponsored or even entirely donated services for worthy individuals, ministries, or other causes. This is less of a business than it is a ministry. It's been that way from the beginning, but now that we are relaunching under our new vision that has never been more important.
2. We have discounted all of our services for Christian creatives and service personnel, and we provide sponsorship credits as we are led.
All of our service packages are heavily discounted for Christian authors, creatives, ministries, churches, and businesses. If you are interested in a sponsorship for our services, tell us what you are passionate about. Tell us all about your big idea and your dreams. We will pray for you and pray over ways that we can help you in your endeavors, and then make a decision how we can best help. We believe that if God is behind what you are doing and we are supposed to come alongside you, He will supply your needs and our needs.
3. We have created an easy way for you to sponsor other creatives.
Meet the remarkable people we're currently working with so that you can find out how you can help them with their vision. You can earmark donations toward services we are providing for other Christian authors, creatives, ministries, churches, and businesses. You can also donate to help our music students with tuition. 4. We make a donation to our home churches before we pay ourselves.
We believe that God created the vision for Firewind Productions so that we can help the Church, and so we have made a concrete step toward doing that on a local level and on an international level. A portion of all of our service fees will be donated to our home churches, where they are distributed to partner ministries all over the globe. If you support us, we pay it forward.
5. We are honored to pray for you and are connected with multiple worldwide prayer networks.
We pray for each of our clients and the success of their endeavors. We've set up a special section where you can send us your prayer needs. You can choose to keep it in the family or we can share your request to hundreds of prayer lists across the globe.
6. We guarantee our services and stand behind our products.
We spend the extra effort to fully understand you, your business or organization, and your needs—before any design, production, publication, or development work is done. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. At the end of the design & development period, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund your full setup fee (minus any rush charges or third party fees). For printed products, if you are not satisfied, we will refund 100% of our fees if production has not begun, or 50% of our fees after any production has taken place, minus any rush charges or third party fees. 7. We provide complete all-inclusive Website packages with guaranteed lifetime subscription rates.
When you subscribe to our KaioCreative website service package, your yearly or monthly subscription rate is guaranteed not to increase for the life of your subscription.
