Most items are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS Ground. Custom-designed printed products (like business cards, brochures, etc.) may have RUSH processing available. Rush orders are shipped via 2nd Day Air. We’ll always email you a tracking number as soon as we’ve fulfilled the order. If you have any questions, contact us!

KAIOCREATIONS Store Return Policy: Items from the Creations store are mostly print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and are not produced until you order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the contact form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will investigate the issue and get back to you within 48 hours.

CUSTOM DESIGNED Printed Products: Firewind Productions strives for complete customer satisfaction. If you aren't completely satisfied with your custom designed product, we will refund 100% of your purchase price if the project is canceled before printing or manufacturing begins, or 50% of your purchase price if project is canceled after any printing or manufacturing has begun. Please note that rush printing fees (the difference between our sale price and the rush price) are non-refundable due to the constraints it puts upon production schedules and our other clients.
